"We called Cooper's Inc as we were experiencing problems with our water heater. We expressed out concerns during the phone conversation and the Cooper's folks were quick to send out a technician. It was discovered that due to pressure surges, serious damage had been done to our water heater. Since we have a gas heater, we were very lucky to that an explosion had not occured. Within a couple of hours, 2 technicians from Cooper's installed a new water heater (my preferred brand) and a surge protector to prevent the surge problems from resulting in future problems. The work was done well, quickly and although they had to carry both heaters down a flight of stairs, extra care was taken not to do any damage to our home's interior.
